Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a nominated third party, who is not carrier, has / have taken possession of the goods. To exert your right of revocation, you must inform us, Mediatex GmbH, Nuthestrasse 1, 15749 Mittenwalde, Phone +49 33764-25788-0 Fax +49 33764-25788-11, Email [email protected] via clear statement (e.g. with a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision, to cancel the contract. You can use the revocation form, which has been added in paper form to the order, but this is not mandatory. Under our webpage http://www.thorsteinar.de/download/widerrufsformular.pdf you can electronically complete and submit the revocation form. You find the sample revocation form here. In case you exercise this option, we will immediately transmit (e.g. via email) a confirmation of the receipt of such revocation. To keep the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about using the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract we have to return the goods value, which we have received from you, without delivery costs (except for additional costs, which occur when you chose a different delivery type, than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we have received the notification about the revocation of this contract. For this refund we use the same payment type which you have used for the initial transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you; in no event fees will be charged to you for this refund. You have to send back or hand over the goods to Mediatex GmbH, Nuthestrasse 1, 15749 Mittenwalde immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day you have informed us about the revocation of this contract. The period is kept, if you send back the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs for the return of the goods.

Delivery

We send out our goods in a neutral package with DHL. For cash on delivery (COD) shipments DHL charges COD fees in height of EUR 2.00, which have to be paid upon delivery. In case the postman does not meet the recipient personally, the package can be picked up at the responsible post office during a period of 5 working days. Deliveries abroad: export orders are principally payable with credit card or via advance payment. Ask for the delivery costs to the relevant country separately, insofar they are not to be taken from our webpage.

Delivery time

Orders will be sent out the same day if possible. COD / credit card: 2 till 5 working days (up to 10 working days after arrival of the new catalogue / the current collection and during Christmas sales) Advance payment: 2 till 5 working days after payment receipt. We reserve a partial- or replacement delivery right; subsequent deliveries are postage-free.

Prices

All prices are incl. the respectively valid legal VAT.

Shipment

With each order from Germany we charge shipping and packaging fees in height of EUR 6.90. The respective shipping and packaging fees for abroad will be automatically calculated in the web shop.

General conditions

With placing the order our terms and conditions will be accepted. We reserve the right of modifications of any kind. As long as stock last! Errors excepted! Reduced articles or articles of second choice are excluded from return of money. Place of performance and jurisdiction for registered traders is Mittenwalde.
